This passenger handlebar is an accessory designed to provide a stable seated position for those seated on the rear rack of your cargo bike. It mounts to the cargo bike’s frame behind the main seat. It can also be mounted to the back of the rear rack as a backrest or to act as a anchor point when tying down cargo.
